We are providing telehealth mental health services to support your mental health counseling needs due to the current COVID-19 health crisis.

Telehealth counseling sessions can be scheduled with our office by calling our main number during regular business hours. You can also leave a message with our answering service after regular business hours, to set up services.

Telehealth, for mental health services, also known as telepsychology is the delivery of mental health services over a distance using telecommunications technology.  The licensed mental health professionals in our office are using a HIPAA compliant platform to protect your privacy and confidentiality.  We are currently using the “Zoom Cloud Meeting” app. This is an app that provides both audio and visual connections, and can be loaded on smart phones, computers, (laptops and desk-top) and tablets.

Some clients may want to use their mental health insurance coverage to pay for these services. It will be each individual’s responsibility to contact their insurance carrier and check whether your plan covers telehealth for mental health services. Recently many insurance companies and employer sponsored Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) have approved telehealth for mental health services. Please also know that you can set up “private pay” for our telehealth mental health services.
